You have to change how Congress fundamentally, operates, or nothing will change.

You can’t have them entrenched for life.

You can’t have them setting their own salaries.

You can’t have them setting their own work schedules.

Nor, can you allow them to attach pork to totally unrelated bills.

It is time for the people to demand changes, in how Congress does their business.

I had no idea that sports associations like the NFL are allowed to call themselves nonprofits. Of course House Republicans won’t vote to change this as they have signed Grover Norquist’s pledge to not vote for a bill that raises anyone’s taxes….including the NFL.
