Nancy Pelosi said that the fiscal cliff debate is getting relly stale and old and that she should be home bonding with her grandchidren.

First of all nancy pelosi is clueless and has all the intellectual depth of a banana peel. Secondly it is nancy pelosi herself that is getting old and stale and shouild be home bonding with the month-old produce in the far reaches of her vegetable crisper.

Let the undeserved wealthy tax cuts expire without extension, modification, concession, conciliation, or agonizing over it simply to prove that Congress can make a deal, and stick to it.

Every time Democrats and Republicans make a deal, they tweak it, or the underlying facts to come out ahead and use Congress to blame it on. Cut the melodrama, and seeking to use youth to undercut the American people and media in order to insure they win, and America loses.

It happens every time, and staging it is simply an insult. Congress and its entire poltical scene looks like Sesame Street or a cast of Disney characters.

What America needs is a real Congress, and a real government, not panderers on parade.

Pelosi and Reid are two of the most distasterous political yo-yos for this country. Everyone knows the blatant, distasteful truth about the economic crisis: it’s going to take more revenues and spending cuts as part of the solution. Our best shot at SOME fiscal ressurecting is certainly in revamping the tax codes. A complete overhaul along with the cuts/added revenue.

And I suppose that the Tea Party, Cantor and the House has absolutely NOTHING to do with gridlock. Or Grover Norquists ‘pledge’…is that right Gunner–59? And I don’t care what Pelosi’s net worth has become. If she is in that 1% bracket, then she will pay more in taxes and is evidently OK with that. I do know ‘one thing’; however. Unless we gert more ‘revenue’ into our system to invest in our infrastructure…the middle class will never grow again. And THAT – the lack of jobs from inrastructure growth – is keeps our deficit so high more than anything else. Right now…the “uber rich’ are just keeping that from happening. Increase their tax rate on the top and restructure the tax code. Then the ‘rich’ WILL reinvest in our country to increase their wealth and keep their ‘net worth’ high. The Bill Clinton years proved that theory. Right now? LOL…they can get ‘lazy’ and just sit on their money. And that is what many of them are doing.
