He holds all of the cards thanks to the electorate and that does not include a deal to avoid sequestration. He gets everything he wants with sequestration including a tax increase on ALL those who pay income taxes. He gets cuts the military to a hollowed out force leaving us with no influence left in the world. He has free reign to grow entitlements and food stamps. If a recession ensues with higher unemployment no one is going to blame him and make it stick with the electorate. Last I heard Boehner couldn’t even successfully negotiate with his own Republican House – they voted down his proposal for tax changes to avoid the fiscal cliff.

I’ve got an idea though – let’s blame this on the President.
