In 2008 Anthony Scalia in the Heller case said that all the Justices before him were wrong and he decided the 2nd amendment be interpreted to favor the gun manufacturers. In an interview a few days ago, when he was asked if stinger missiles should be banned from the public, he said that it had to be decided and was up for further review. This guy is scary. For 232 years the Supreme Court interpreted the 2nd amendment as it was written “the right of the people to bear arms”, not “the right of a person or individual to bear arms”.
