Agree to the extension of the tax cuts for everyone but the rich and nothing else. Strip out anything from the bill that does anything else. Send it to the President and agree to vote present so that it passes but giving the Dems full ownership. We can always circle back and make changes if things go downhill. Let's see if the Dems will agree to this and if the President will sign the bill under these circumstances.
