You only gave reasons why the rich are paying less, not why they should pay a higher percentage than the poor. People who are at the bottom of the "Economic Pyramid" have all types of free programs that they utilize (and take advantage of), which, I might add, are paid for by all of the people who pay their "fair" share. By the way, lawyers don't know crap about taxes, accountants are used for tax purposees (wonder if that's why your businesses weren't able to make more than $250k?).
