A republican Congresswoman from Washington was on CNN last night. She sat there for 15 minutes saying how the President was responsible for the budget, debt ceiling and spending cuts. Joe Johns and Kate Baldwin sat there and let her go on and on and never once were smart enough to mention that under the Constitution the Congress and only the Congress can implement a budget and spend or raise money and that she should be negotiating with her fellow Congress members instead of blaming the President The stupidity of the media fuels this republican propaganda machine.
