A 14 year old girl is NOT too young to date, if she’s going out with groups of friends. That’s about the age when it starts. If she is dating, I’m sure it’s in a group scenario and she’s being carefully watched. She’s a lovely young lady, and I hate to tell you people complaining, most teens do not wait until their 16th birthday before getting their first kiss. I’m sure whatever she is doing, it’s all innocent fun. Movies, school dances, that kind of thing. I went to plenty of school dances and that kind of thing when I was in junior high school. That’s what it’s about. She sounds like a normal teen, developing normally.
