I am also a fed. We have not received notices because, we were told, the agency has to give 30 days notice and that our agency is expected to give them out next week - once the sequester actually hits. We have been receiving emails daily about the ongoing budget issues and what to expect. Since ours only requires 30 days, they are [I am told] holding off as long as possible. THose that require 60 days have already been giving notices in order to have the most time possible. I have friends in Defense who got theirs already. It is not a lie. I am also a fed. So want happened to Obama’s ‘Balanced Approach’??? He got his tax hikes on Jan. 1st, so what happened the budget cuts he promised??? He is not even willing to cut the growth in spending by only 2%! That still leaves 98% of growth in new spending!!! The only thing this administration is really good at, seems to be at manufacturing a new weekly crisis!!!
