FACT – Sometimes it is legal for the government to kill people. So guess what, in exactly the same circumstances when it is perfectly legal for the police or FBI or any other agent of the government to use a gun firing bullets to shoot and kill a criminal/suspect who happens to be a citizen on U.S. soil it is equally legal for the military or FBI or NSA (i.e. government) to use a missile or smart bomb from a plane or drone to kill a terrorist who happens to be a citizen on U.S. soil. Same ol same ol. Paul did not accomplish anything except waste time with stupid, irrational, and petty fear mongering over a problem that did not even exist. Anyplace under U.S. jurisdiction, such as on U.S. soil the athorities try to arrest people first. If they can’t then in some circumstances it is legal for them to shoot and kill someone. If they can legally shoot you and kill you with a bullet they can legally shoot you and kill you with a missile or bomb. NO DIFFERENCE. In territory outside of U.S. jurisdiction they can legally shoot and kill a foreign national terrorist who is an enemy combatant when it is not practical to capture them and they can use a bullet, a bomb, or a missile to do the killing. If it is legal for them to kill a terrorist or enemy combatant who just happen to be a foreign national then it is also legal for them to kill a terrorist or enemy combatant who just happen to be a U.S. citizen. Same ol same ol. No difference.
