At the Clinton Dinner Table - Bill Clinton says Hillary hasn't mentioned 2016 run - When two titans like President Bill Clinton and Microsoft founder Bill Gates share the same stage, the subject inevitably turns to the political futures of their wives. "I don't think Melinda is going to run for president," Gates joked today. Clinton was even less decisive about the prospect of Hillary Clinton's running for president in 2016. "She hasn't mentioned it to me, either," Clinton said, speaking at the Peter G. Peterson Foundation's 2013 Fiscal Summit in Washington, prompting laughter from the audience. http://abcn.ws/18rNE7W (Abby Phillip)
Christie's Weight Loss Procedure - Chris Christie is the first governor to undergo lap band surgery - http://abcn.ws/18sfoJB
It started as something so secret that he told just one staffer. The others didn't find out until yesterday. But the New Jersey Governor has lost more than 30 pounds, per Jon Karl and Jeff Zeleny. http://abcn.ws/10EkVVS
By today it was dominating his public events.
Why'd he keep it secret? "It's nobody else's business," he told reporters, following up in Christie style, that he did this for his long-term health and his family.
"I turned 50 years old and it made me think." Watch here - http://abcn.ws/10nIgw8

Hope for Gun Control Second Act - The frustration in Flake's voice as he talked to reporters just off the Senate floor underscored the difficult road ahead for new gun control legislation. And even if the Senate would consider it again, House Republican leaders have shown little interest in bringing up the bill to expand background checks. For his part, Flake supports existing background checks, but said he believes the Manchin-Toomey proposal "goes too far." He said he would consider supporting a bill only if it allowed friends or family members to skip a federal background check when selling guns to one another on the Internet, through text messages or on Facebook. Outside Washington, both sides are waging an intense campaign against a small group of senators. But several key senators and their aides tell ABC News they are pessimistic about reviving the legislation - for now, at least - without rebranding the bill to take away the stigma that it is a soft-on-guns measure.
Zero Tolerance - President Obama said today he has "no tolerance" for sexual assault in the military and said perpetrators are "betraying the uniform that they're wearing," even as a new Pentagon report indicates the problem is growing.
"For those who are in uniform who've experienced sexual assault, I want them to hear directly from their commander in chief that I've got their backs. I will support them. And we're not going to tolerate this stuff. And there will be accountability," Obama said at a joint White House press conference with South Korean President Park Geun-hye.
"I expect consequences," he said. "I don't want just more speeches or, you know, awareness programs or training, but ultimately folks look the other way. If we find out somebody's engaging in this stuff, they've got to be held accountable, prosecuted, stripped of their positions, court-martialed, fired, dishonorably discharged - period. It's not acceptable." http://abcn.ws/YsG0pT
Rubio on Immigration: My Parents Weren't a "Burden" on U.S- Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) is citing his Cuban immigrant parents as Exhibit A against a Heritage Foundation's study that claims immigration reform could cost U.S. taxpayers trillions. "That's certainly not my family's experience in the U.S. The folks described in that report are my family," Rubio said, according to the Tampa Bay Times. "My mother and dad didn't graduate high school and I would not say they were a burden on the United States." http://abcn.ws/11QG1Tp (Jordan Fabian)
DisLike - Liberal Groups Accelerate Zuckerburg Backlash - From Michael Falcone - A coalition of liberal activist groups - MoveOn.Org, Democracy for America, the Sierra Club, the League of Conservation Voters, Progressives United, CREDO, 350.org and Presente… are furious at Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg and his new pro-immigration reform group, FWD.us, for running ads praising senators for opposing Obamacare and supporting an expansion of the Keystone oil pipeline and drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. As we reported last week, the ads are designed to provide political cover to politicians like Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Mark Begich of Alaska for a politically-risky vote for the immigration reform bill. abcn.ws/11ggGr2
Jack Lew's Loopy Signature Gets a Makeover- Treasury Secretary Jack Lew's infamous loopty Lew signature appears to be undergoing a much-needed makeover. Lew's illegible slinky-like signature, which will one day grace every U.S. dollar, came under intense scrutiny when President Obama nominated him to lead the Treasury Department. "I had never noticed Jack's signature, and when this was highlighted yesterday in the press, I considered rescinding my offer to appoint him," Obama joked when he announced Lew's nomination. "Jack assures me that he is going to work to make at least one letter legible in order not to debase our currency. http://abcn.ws/15ncbfQ (Mary Bruce)

Jewish Leaders Want Glenn Beck Apology for Comparing Bloomberg to Hitler- Glenn Beck roused the National Rifle Association's annual convention this weekend with his attacks on New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, but he also aroused criticism by a major Jewish group for depicting the mayor giving a Nazi salute. The head of the Anti-Defamation League called Becks' comments "deeply offensive on so many levels," and B'nai B'rith called for Beck to apologize. http://abcn.ws/11ePmcF (Shushannah Walshe)
