Frank Underwood's Advice to Hillary Clinton: 'Run'

Frank Underwood, who knows a thing or two about how to accumulate power, has some advice for Hillary Clinton as she mulls whether to run for president in 2016.

"Oh, run," Kevin Spacey said, channeling the signature southern accent of his character and everyone's favorite antihero in House of Cards during an interview with George Stephanopolous on Good Morning America today.

"Sorry, that was Bill," he joked, a reference to President Clinton, who like Underwood, was a southern Democrat.

"Sorry I did that as Bill: run baby run," said Spacey.

The Netflix series was released in full on Friday and has captivated audiences, especially in Washington where the machinations of Underwood, a former House whip turned vice president are a caricature D.C. power brokering.
