		<description>How can anyone be sure that the so-called &#039;birdflu&#039; is not a more potent strain of SARS.  In that case, some say that the best precautions would be staying away from any chicken products or from anyone who has any type of the disease.  Yet, that will not stop the problem.  The solution therefore would be to get at the cause and that is the manner in which animals are kept and their proximity to people where infection is most likely. There should be more care for anything that ends up on our plates.
