Spirit

Spirit, the first of the Mars Exploration Rovers, has now celebrated its first anniversary–one Martian year on the Martian surface.  The people who process the rover pictures had some fun with them.

Spirit was built to last 90 Martian "sols," or Martian days.  It’s gone more than 670.  You can find more at the NASA/Jet Propulsion Lab website HERE.
