But what about the revelation that the Global Warming data from the world's foremost research center, the University of East Anglia, was rubbish? Why is it that ABC has not reported on this?

I don't quite understand why they would break ranks with there coalition but I doubt it is for the good of all mankind, more likely it is for the good all men who happen to be CEOs.

"Denialist" has a nasty tone, suppressive of free inquiry and dissent. "Disagreer" is much more objective.

the main goal of the power companies, at least most of them, is to make a profit. By endorsing the global "warming" and accepting Obama's goal of heavily regulating or eliminating power production the remaining plants will be able to charge more to their customers. As demand rises and supply is artificial limited by Obama the power companies will reap great profits.
I'm sure that they are also looking for ways to make money with the "cap-n-trade" boondoggle.

The US Chamber of Commerce has the right position of climate change. The climate is changing but its a natural process of climate forces that humans cannot control. The output of the Sun, humidity, and other factors are ignored while humans are wrongly blamed for most of the climate change. Global Warming caused by humans is one of the biggest hoaxes in history. The real reason Liberal politicians and environmental wacko groups want to enact legislation that transfers wealth from the people and to the federal government. A back door method for massive tax increases. The CAP and Trade legislation is thinly disguised transfer of wealth while doing nothing for the environment.

I'm an Alcatel stockholder and I totally support them dropping COC. The Chamber is a bunch of embarrassing old fossils. I like dividends, but it's not like I can afford a new planet.
