Crush It! How to Build Your Personal Brand

Even if you love your corporate job, you should build your personal brand.

That's the advice of Gary Vaynerchuk, the multi-million dollar businessman, uber-popular video star and New York Times best-selling author.

In his latest book, "Crush It," Vaynerchuk evangelizes his philosophy on how to build your own brand equity. But how can you "crush it" when you work for a TV network, advertising agency or media firm?

New Media Minute host Daisy Whitney posed these questions to  Vaynerchuk  at a recent book event, and he shared his thoughts on how employees can get executives to buy into the "crush it" philosophy.
