Having some issues tweeting about the Inauguration parade? Or just checking Twitter.com?
Don't worry, it's not just you. Twitter is reporting on its Status blog that "some users may be experiencing issues accessing Twitter." The company says its engineers are currently working to "resolve the issue." According to Twitter's Developers site there is a "service disruption." Users have been reporting issues throughout the afternoon.
The social media site saw extremely heavy traffic earlier in the day as Barack Obama was publicly sworn in as president. There were 18,712 tweets per minute as Barack Obama was sworn in.
[Update: Overnight Twitter fixed the issues. "This incident has been resolved," it was posted on its blog.]
