Ok, I know in Calif, it is tougher for teens to get licensed, but I think the DMV should have stricter guidelines for the driver training instructors.. I think everyone, including adults who want to learn how to drive should be taught as thoroughly as possible by driver trainers. I saw an ad once for a position as a driver trainer, the only requirement was a class C license, and must be available on weekends. I think the anyone who wants to be an instructor must go through classes and pass tests as well before teaching the public.

I can’t believe ABC published such a report. David Kerley says that more people are driving , causing more accidents, because the weather is better and the economy is good. Really? Where? More accidents are occurring due to distracted drivers. Shame on you ABC!!!!
