FBI Website Crashes After Posting Bomb Suspects' Pictures

During the FBI press conference today , the agency revealed photos and video of two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings and urged people to go to fbi.gov to look at the photos and video of the two men.

Within seconds, however, the site wouldn't load and presented people with a "server too busy" alert. The site, presumably, went down as a result of a surge of traffic.

The site has struggled to handle the crush of traffic and as of publishing this article was slowly coming back online. The FBI confirmed to ABC News that the site had a rush of traffic after the press conference, but that site performance had stabilized.

At the press conference, FBI Special Agent in Charge Richard DesLauriers referred to the two men as Suspect 1 and Suspect 2 and said Suspect 2 was spotted dropping a bag before a bomb exploded at the second bomb site.

DesLauriers asked the public for their help identifying the suspects, but asked the public not to approach them. Footage and images of the suspects can be viewed here on the FBI website.
