Busted Student to Dad: 'Sorry I Screwed Up So Bad'

I am a member of the University of Connecticut Students for a Sensible Drug Policy. The Good Samaritan Policy is put in place to save lives, and to stop students from hesitating to call for help if someone has overdosed on any drug-including alcohol. Raids on college campuses are not going to stop the sale of drugs, or stop drug overdoses. When one person is busted, another person "rises in the ranks" to take their place. It is a sad cycle, but it's the way things work...
