As an 84-year-old white man, life long proud Republican, and WWII vet, I admire McCain's honorable military service; however I need to comment on what I continue to hear throughout this last month before the election. I am so sick and tired of both parties fighting. When I see the McCain campaign's focus, I see hate and lies. McCain does not want to talk about the economy, he wants to talk about Bill Ayers and Rev. Wright. I'm sorry Republican base, but this is wrong and I thought John McCain would never go down this road.
