Chloe Grace Moretz, 16, might be on the cover of Seventeen's October issue, but the "Carrie" star is tackling topics usually reserved for adults well beyond her years.
The actress tells the magazine that she is very close to her siblings, no matter their sexual orientation. "I have two gay brothers and two straight brothers," she said. "And my gay brothers were treated horrifically until they grew up and understood how to deal with it."
Watching what her brothers had to go through, Moretz said she takes action against anyone who makes inappropriate comments towards them.
"I will delete you and I will block you, and you will not be a part of my life if you ever say anything bad about my brothers," she added.
The "Kick Ass" star added more words of wisdom, saying she will never choose a boyfriend over family.
"My mom has always taught us that blood is thicker than water," she said. "We are the closest family ever and we are the most insane family ever. It may look weird to others, but to us, it's life."
Moretz will star in the upcoming remake of the 1976 classic horror movie "Carrie" in heaters next month.
The October issue of Seventeen hits newsstands Sept. 17.
