3:14:15 p.m. — Sonoma County sheriff's dispatch creates an incident report about a suspicious person in a Santa Rosa neighborhood.
3:14:19 p.m. — The two deputies responding in a squad car call for emergency assistance from other deputies in the area.
3:14:25 p.m. — The responding deputies notify dispatch that shots have been fired.
