Who ran the company for five years. Many of the vice president's critics feel Halliburton got special treatment and getting huge no bid contracts in Iraq is the biggest private employer in Iraq. Last month federal investigators accuse Halliburton of wasting two point seven billion dollars of the taxpayers' money. By overcharging and doing sloppy work in Iraq. So -- Halliburton announced over the weekend it would move its headquarters in Houston to divide a tax friendly country in the mideast. Critics howl just doesn't look good doesn't sound -- doesn't smell good some analysts say moving to divide could save big bucks on taxes. You'd probably be looking at tax savings.
