Researchers believe aspirin may kill cancer cells, and even new -- stop new ones from forming. Other studies have shown aspirin reducing the risk of stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, and this study suggests that maybe it will work for melanoma, too. Reporter:20% of us, and nearly half of all seniors, take aspirin regularly for heart disease and aches and pains. But it's not without risks.
