The victim called 911 just before he died. This traffic camera footage shows the after math of a bizarre, fatal shooting on a highway outside of tampa. Police seen here carefully approaching the victim's car, unaware of the shooter's location. They found an unarmed man shot andilled in his car, a potential victim of road rage . We know at one point in time, this person pulled up and showed him a handgun. They know because the driver calledof transportation, there have been more than a thousand death due to road rage since 2007. -
