$300 for a 50-inch TV. A free $75 gift card included with a regular-priced iPad. A Samsung Galaxy S3 phone for less than a dollar.
All year long companies release gadgets and technology to drool over, but on Black Friday the prices become just as salivating as the tech. Of course, with long lines and limited stock, those deals are hard to get your hands on. But we've still rounded up some of the best Black Friday technology deals for you -- at least to drool over. Good luck!
Toshiba 50-inch 1080p TV (Sears)
It's the doorbuster of all doorbusters. Yes, Sears is offering almost $500 in savings on a Toshiba 50-inch 1080p LED TV. The 60Hz Toshiba 50L2200U has a full HD panel, 2 HDMI ports, and a USB jack. This is one you might not be able to snatch up unless you're first in line. Sears stores open at 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving night. Best Buy will also have a doorbuster Toshiba 40-inch TV on sale for $179.99 (orginally $419.99).
Roku HD (Best Buy)
So maybe you won't be able to nab a brand new TV well below its retail price, but what about enhancing your TV experience with a streaming video box? Best Buy will be offering the Roku HD for $40. Usually $60, the box hooks up to your TV via HDMI and then to your Wi-Fi network to bring your TV Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Instant Video, or Hulu Plus. Best Buy stores open at 12 a.m. on Friday.
Samsung Galaxy S 3 (Sam's Club)
It's only one of the hottest phones of the year, for less than a dollar! Sam's Club will be offering the Galaxy S 3 for just 96 cents with a two-year contract. That means you will have to sign up for two years of service with Verizon, Sprint, AT&T or T-Mobile when you purchase it. But still, you're getting a fast, feature-packed Android phone with a good camera. RadioShack will also have the phone for $49.
Xbox 360 Kinect Bundle (Target)
It might not be as new as Nintendo's Wii U, but those looking for an Xbox gaming console this season won't find a better deal. Available at Target, the console comes with the Kinect camera, which lets you jump into the game. Also included in the box: Kinect Adventures and Disneyland games. In total, it means $100 in savings and a lot of fun.
Nook Simple Touch (Sears)
Tablets might be the hot holiday item this year, but don't forget about e-readers. Barnes & Noble's Nook Simple Touch will be available at Sears for $40 -- that's more than $50 in savings. The e-reader is one of the best out there, with a comfortable design and fast page turns. Target will have the same e-reader for $49.
Canon T3 DSLR With Extra Lens (Target)
If you're thinking about upgrading from your point-and-shoot camera, a DSLR might be worth the investment. Target will be offering the Canon EOS Rebel T3 DSLR with its 18-55 kit lens and a 75-300 lens for just $499. Also included in the package: a 4GB SD card and a camera bag.
iPad With $75 Gift Card (Wal-Mart)
Here's the reality: it's going to be nearly impossible to find an iPad for much less than its retail price this holiday season, but a few places are offering full-priced iPads with free gift cards on Black Friday. Wal-Mart, for instance, will have the iPad 2 for its regular $399 retail price, but included is a $75 Wal-Mart gift card. Target has a similar deal: the iPad with Retina Display for $499 with a free $60 Target card.
HP Pavilion g6 (Kmart)
HP's Pavilion g6 has always been one of the best budget laptops (we even recommended it for students during back-to-school season), but now it's even more enticing at $200 less than its regular price. For $299 you get a 15.6-inch screen, an AMD A4 processor, 4GB of RAM, and a 320GB hard drive.
