A vigil on today is facing charges today just days after stopping a group of vandals. Jesse Daniels says he heard loud noises coming from his father in law's anti house Saturday and found four children between the ages of eight intense smashing walls and windows with hammers. The house was -- according to Daniels paint splashed on the floors bathroom pictures destroyed and seventeen windows broken. He made the kids go into a closet and called police he thought the incident was over but police returned today and arrested Daniels for endangering the welfare of a child. The -- parents say Daniels traumatize their kids by threatening them and trapping them at the home. They say -- -- have been unable to sleep or go to school Daniels faces four charges. Which each carry a maximum sentence of a year but Daniels says the kids caused 40000 dollars worth of damage. And the vandals aren't getting off easy either they're charged with felony burglary and criminal mischief.
