Kelly Osborne posted a photo to her Twitter account of herself and her father, Ozzy, at the Chicago music festival, Lollapalooza, where she sported bleached eyebrows. The Fashion Police co-host's dyed brows, which she said made her "look like an alien," were for a Fault magazine photo shoot. The new look launched criticism from the star's fans on Twitter.
