Try This Hearty and Filling Salad
Try this recipe from chef Jesse Schenker of Recette.
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and shallot together to create vinaigrette. Mix all vegetables together and dress with vinaigrette. Top with almonds and fresh oregano.
