Honey-Glazed Pork Chops

Try these tender, juicy, grilled pork chops coated with a crispy, honey-glazed crust.
Remove the pork loin from wrapper and rinse under cold water. Place pork loin on a large cutting board and lightly score the loin with a sharp knife, delineating eventual cuts for individual chops.
Using a meat injector, liberally inject each individual chop with Honey Bacon BBQ Cajun Injector® Marinade between the score marks with the marinade. Once all segments of the loin have been injected, cut the loin into individual chops, adhering to the score marks previously made.
Liberally sprinkle each chop with McCormick® GrillMates® Montreal Steak Seasoning and garlic powder.
Heat grill, place chops on grill and cover. Allow chops to cook on first side approximately 4 minutes. Flip chops and smother with a thin layer of honey and cover once again. Allow chops to cook for another 4-5 minutes and repeat the procedure, coating the flipped side with honey each time. Chops should cook for approximately 8 minutes per side. Remove from grill and allow to rest 5-7 minutes before serving.
