I knew what the ticket was for because I had not been wearing my seat belt. I was too fat. And when I got home, I'm like, i can't buckle my seat belt. I'm 30 years old. I have to take control of my life. Reporter: It was a terrific ticket that became a wake-up call to change her life. I ate more than three meals a day. Sometimes, having two dinners. And I fell in love with chicken marsala. That was my weak link. Reporter: Those days are gone. She shops with healthy choices in mind, following her own strict diet. A half-cup of oatmeal with fruit for breakfast. A tomato with cucumber for snacks. A gala apple. And talapia and steamed vegetables for dinner. That was jeannette's recipe for success.
