The arrest report describing him as a drunken male subject staggering in the darkness and then attacking a woman in a parking lot grabbing her buttocks and breasts. The marks on his face, police say, the woman had to fight him off. How can we possibly stop the amount of sexual assault and rape in the military if the person in charge commits the same crime?
