washington, where america's secret drone war will be in the spotlight today, when john br president obama's pick to be cia director, testifies at his senate confirmation hearing. To smooth his path, the white house agreed to give lawmakers a secret memo that lays out the rules for using drones. Jon karl joins us with some of that. This is something the white house resisted for some time. Reporter: As of yesterday afternoon, the white house actually refused to even acknowledge that this memo existed. Now, it looks like possibly iranians got information off the drone. We'll be working hard to verify that. Jon karl, thanks very much.
