You think of three days now we've been talking about this line of storms. involved in it. And the worst action was last night. We'll get to the boards and show you what's going on. They're taking trees down by the root balls and laying them over because the ground is so darn wet. This was a light derecho that ran into thursday morning. Falling trees struck one child in virginia, just as the park was beginning to evacuate. A woman from atlanta was trapped inside this mangled suv, saved by the cherokee county fire and rescue. Heavy rains immersed new jersey, new york and connecticut. Where flooding will be a concern today. The ground, already saturated. At least 300,000 are without power, sam. We know not just trees. But they go to power lines and rip those down, too.
