Does The Amount I Sweat While Exercising Indicate Whether Or Not I'm Fit?

Question: Does the amount I sweat while exercising indicate whether or not I'm fit?

Answer: Well, we're all different when it comes to sweating. Certain people swear earlier than others when working out, some people sweat more, some people sweat different amounts depending on different temperatures. So it's really hard to say whether the amount of sweat or when you sweat correlates with how hard you are working out. So I would say no, don't go by quantity of sweat as far as measuring how hard you are working.
