Should I Exercise Before Or After A Meal, And Is There A Specific Time To Wait?

Question: Should I exercise before or after a meal, and is there a specific time to wait?

Answer: If you decide to exercise after a meal you need to give yourself at least an hour to let the stomach settle. If you decide to exercise before a meal you may need to add a small snack, such as an apple, to give yourself a little bit of energy before you exercise. Either is fine, and there's really not a perfect time, before or after the meal to exercise, it's just important that you do the exercise.
