A life and death situation in Massachusetts -- two families devastated. Two women recently died while giving birth in the last month both at South Shore hospital. On thirty year old mom who was a nurse at the hospital -- by giving birth to her son sons survived. And Wednesday 32 year old Colleen -- died during a C section procedure her baby girl also lived so what happened. An investigation is underway but the hospital says so far all signs suggest the two situations were unrelated and on preventable. But they have contacted the department of public health to continue the review. On average 650 women in the US died during childbirth every year and Massachusetts the average is five.
