The family of Derek Bogart the former NHL tough guy who died of a drug overdose is taking the lead to court over his death. A lawyer for the -- said the NHL should be held responsible for the physical trauma he suffered -- for what became a fatal addiction to prescription painkillers. The 28 year old was found dead in his Minneapolis apartment two years ago today. He admits to most of the 2011 season his first with the New York Rangers after signing a four year six point five million dollar contract.
