When military service members come home, many find new challenges are beginning physical and emotional. Our own bob woodruff knows this all too well. Reporting in iraq in 2006, bob was seriously injured by a roadside bomb. After a miraculous recovery he returned to journalism with a vu to help veterans. That's how the bob woodruff foundation was born. And tonight, the stars came out for stand-up for heroes. Bill cosby. Jon stewart. I am grateful and thankful for their service and always honored to be able to come and speak with veterans and spend a little time. I always get way more out than they get. An unequal bargain.
