Made a break from a South Carolina psychiatric hospital Thursday. Police across South Carolina and Tennessee warned residents to be on the lookout calling Carter dangerous. He was discovered today at a motel by Tennessee Highway Patrol without incidents. In 2006. Police found Carter locked in his parents' house with the bodies of his mother and father.
