Vietnam veteran Doug chased died from brain cancer nearly two years ago. His wife Suzanne says she remembers how BA officials treated him making it harder for her to move her husband to a Veterans Hospital close to halt. Just two weeks ago the BA finally responded but not -- the message she wanted the letter invited Doug to make an appointment at the VA.
