We felt that he needed something bigger as hard -- my heart and soul that's why when the military and general. Between war there was scattered trouble at home a misdemeanor arrest for assault in 2002. Led to twenty hours of court ordered anger management. There was also -- hit and run in 2008. And reported -- drunk driving arrest in 2005. For which he wasn't charged. And despite his lawyers claim of two serious combat related injuries in Iraq there was no record that deals -- ever awarded a purple heart. What really happened and why it's something everyone is really struggling to understand we should get some answers when charges in this case are filed possibly sometime soon.
