Nov. 23, 2009— -- Unemployment is as bad as it has been in more than 20 years. A national unemployment rate of 10.2 percent means more than 15 million American who want to work going are without it.

But the headline number is just half the story. For many, unemployment is much higher. Young workers (teens and those in their early 20s), African Americans and Hispanics have an unemployment rate that makes 10.2 percent look good.

ABC News is looking to talk to young workers, African Americans and Hispanics about the job market. Do you have a story to tell? ABC News wants to hear from you.
