Well I think the bottom line for people and it's very natural for people to be afraid it's very natural to see it day like this. And think what's happening to my retirement but you want to put that into perspective if you look at the last five years if you think about where the market has come it's up 60% so if you put a thousand dollars. Into the market five years ago you were still up after a day like this up 600 dollars you have 16100 dollars even after that threat. Is up would you use that same strategy in terms of 401 k.s Nana we're talking about long term investment for the vast majority of people watching it day like this it's interesting to see but you really want to just sit tight wait it out if you look at the last Great Recession those who got out of the market in the midst of the Great Recession lost half of their well those who stuck it out had made all of their wealth back and then some within three years.
