The winner of Juan Pablo's season had been vacationing with her man "out by the Piedra River Trail" at the San Juan National Forest, according to posts from over the weekend.
Ferrell dated "Bachelor" Juan Pablo Galavis from his season in 2013 until late 2014, when the two finally called it quits, according to People magazine. The former reality show couple even went on the VH1 series "Couples Therapy" to hash out their differences to no avail.
