— -- Brooke Burke Charvet is a busy TV personality, wife and mother of four.

Charvet, the former co-host of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," appeared on "Good Morning America" today to talk about her new food-oriented lifestyle talk show, "Breaking Bread With Brooke Burke."

The show just debuted on the subscription streaming service, Feeln, and Charvet is the host and executive producer.

While on "GMA," Charvet also whipped up crepes and a high-energy breakfast smoothie.

Brooke Burke's Breakfast Crepe Recipe
INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Tsp sugar
Pinch salt
Flour
Nutella
Strawberries
Salt
Sugar
Butter

DIRECTIONS
Beat together 2 cups milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp vanilla, tsp sugar, pinch salt and whisk in 1 cup of flour.
Over high heat melt butter in crepe pan (I use a large frying pan).

Ingredients: Organic vanilla almond milk, frozen cut pears, cinnamon, dates, mac powder, almond butter. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
