— -- It seemed hard for Bruce Jenner, 65, to hear that, after he and Kris Jenner got divorced, she replaced him as executor of her living will.

In a teaser clip for Sunday's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," you see the Kardashian matriarch tell her ex-husband that Kourtney Kardashian is now in charge of her living will.

In the one-minute clip, obtained by People magazine, Kris Jenner, 59, is signing papers before she goes under sedation for a medical procedure.

The nurse asks Kris about "advance directives for health care."

"Actually, I just changed it," Jenner tells the nurse. "It's Kourtney Kardashian, if anything was to happen."

She then says that Bruce Jenner has been the executor on her living will for more than 20 years, the length of the couple's marriage.

"But when Bruce and I got divorced, I decided that Kourtney was going to be the executor of my will," she says.

Bruce Jenner calls attention to the fact that he's the one sitting by his ex's side while she is in the hospital.

"She's not here," he says of Kourtney Kardashian.

Kris Jenner then affirms that the couple is divorced and that's the reason for the switch.

"I don't think you should be the one that would decide," she adds.

The moment seems to cause Bruce to take off his glasses and wipe a tear from his eye.
