— -- Carrie Underwood is getting ready for a baby.

However, a recent trip to Babies R Us only served to confuse the country star, she said.

"We were like walking around and I was like, 'This is just so overwhelming!'" she told CMT Hot 20 Countdown. "I just don't want to get the wrong things and I don't know what most of it does. There's, like, 5,000 different things to choose from."

Underwood, 31, announced last month that she and her husband, hockey player Mike Fisher, are expecting their first child. Her concern, she said, is that her baby will go without.

"Is my kid gonna be like, 'I didn't have this when I was a kid?!'" she said with a laugh.

However, in spite of shopping anxiety, the singer said she's had an easy pregnancy so far.

"I've been really lucky in my symptoms so far," she said. "I feel really good!"
