See Demi Lovato Get 'Engaged' to 5-Year-Old Fan

— -- One of the youngest fans at a Demi Lovato concert this weekend had the biggest question for the superstar singer.

The 5-year-old, named Grant, got down on one knee and asked Lovato, 22, to marry him during the singer's Moline, Ill., concert on Saturday night.

The singer herself posted a photo of Grant in action on Instagram Sunday, captioning it, "Oh and by the way guys...... I'M ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!," she wrote. "Grant ... #CUTESTEVER #demiworldtour"

A YouTube video posted by Grant's family shows the 5-year-old in bright red pants capturing Lovato's attention with a handmade poster that mentions having a ring.

Once Grant gets onstage, he is asked by Lovato to see the ring, which he had left back with his family at his seat. The family ushers the ring to Lovato who then explains to Grant how to propose, including dropping to one knee.

Once in position, and with a little prodding of what to say, Grant loudly says into the microphone, "Demi, will you marry me?"

The proposal was sealed with a kiss on the cheek from Grant to Demi, sending the arena into an eruption of cheers.

The proposal erupted online too, quickly going viral with 148,000 views and counting of the YouTube video and over 630,000 likes on Lovato's Instagram page.

"I was there when this happened and I was practically screaming the whole time. Watching this video just brings back that night," one user commented on YouTube.

"Demi got engaged to a 5 year old The cutest thing I've ever seen!!!?," wrote another.
